Outside Reading #3

So I decided to re-read one of my favorite books, The Great Gatsby I love this book to death and the fact that it is such a quick and fun read makes it all the more enjoyable. I think the biggest draw to me is the fact that almost every time I read it I find something new that I had never noticed before, obviously people know all the big imagery that is associated with the book like they eyes that watch over the town, the green light etc.. But I look for more of the little things that are detailed throughout the book, upon this quick read through nothing in particular jumped out at me but the scene with the car wreck is always so powerful the way that it is written out almost gives me goosebumps just thinking about it. I would be really interested to dive more into the philosophy behind Gatsby and more importantly his party guests.
